What is YritysDNA for?
A user can log in to DNA Wholesale Online self-service through YritysDNA since DWO does not have an existing login page. Once the user has logged in, they can find a link from the YDNA front page that forwards to the DNA Wholesale Online self-service.
The main users can add and manage users in YritysDNA.
How can I order services?
You can order services in DNA Wholesale Online by adding services to the shopping cart from the catalogues in the menu. Then, you can send the order for processing through the shopping cart.
Please note that your order status will be "incomplete" if the service requires availability enquiry.
How can I manage users?
The main user is the account admin and has administrator-level permissions. The main user can add new users and manage all user permissions, e.g., to make orders. Adding and managing users is possible in the My company section in YritysDNA self-service.
All the YritysDNA users are authorised to contact DNA’s customer service and use all the DNA online channels your company uses as well.

You can view your operator services at DNA Wholesale Online in the My services section.
