Renewal of DNA’s Corporate Customer Login to Online Services

DNA is implementing a new login platform across all corporate customer online services. This renewal will affect all online services provided to DNA's corporate customers, including the self-service platform YritysDNA, and the interface for the Virtual PBX service. Usernames for online services will remain unchanged.

The new login platform will be launched during March 2025. In the first phase of the release, corporate users can choose whether to log in through the current or the new login view. In the second phase, starting April 2025 users will be automatically redirected to the new login platform, at which point the login view will change.

For Virtual PBX, the login process will be renewed during spring 2025. We will provide separate notifications to Virtual PBX users regarding the changes. 

Please note, that this change does not affect the login for consumer services, for example MyDNA or managing consumer services online.

Actions required from users in relation to renewal

In the new view the username will remain unchanged. However, users will be required to set a new strong password during their first login and activate two-factor authentication. The users will do these changes automatically when they login through the new view.

The old login view will remain available for six months after the new login platform is implemented, after which it will be completely decommissioned. The old view can be accessed via a link on the new login page.

Please note! After logging in for the first time through the new login view, users cannot return to the old login system.

  • Two-factor authentication during the login process reduces the risk of data breaches and unauthorised access.
  • Strong passwords are more difficult to compromise, thereby elevating the baseline level of your company's data security.
